Cancellation / No Show Policy
We have a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy. Any no show or cancellation within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee. Our and your time is mutually respected. Last minute cancellations/no-shows leave our providers with gaps in their schedules that we are unable to fill and takes an appointment opportunity away from other clients. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
Appointment Policy
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If late, we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment, but reserve the right to reschedule if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. Cancellation fee may apply.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered or skin care products purchased. No refunds on gift cards purchased.
