Molly Carleen is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 12 years of clinical experience and a focused interest in aesthetic medicine, skin rejuvenation, and long-term skin health. She brings a strong medical foundation, a thoughtful approach to treatment, and a commitment to natural-looking results to her work at Skin Design Aesthetics, serving clients throughout Pembroke and the South Shore of Massachusetts.
Molly earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2014 from MCPHS University. She began her career in orthopedics at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she worked in a fast-paced, hospital-based setting caring for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. That experience gave her a deep understanding of anatomy, procedural care, and patient safety—skills that continue to guide her work in aesthetic medicine today.
Although she valued her time in orthopedics, Molly was always drawn to the preventative and confidence-building aspects of aesthetic care. In 2024, she began formal training in aesthetic medicine, focusing on injectables, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical treatments designed to support healthy aging. This transition allowed her to combine her medical expertise with a more holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
At Skin Design Aesthetics in Pembroke, Molly is known for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and personalized consultations. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and concerns before recommending treatment, ensuring every plan is tailored to the individual—not trends or one-size-fits-all solutions. Her philosophy centers on subtle enhancement, balance, and skin health, with results that look refreshed and natural.
Molly provides injectable and skin rejuvenation treatments designed to soften fine lines, restore balance, and improve overall skin quality. Her background in anatomy and procedural medicine allows her to approach injectables with precision and intention, prioritizing safety, facial harmony, and long-term outcomes. Clients often appreciate her honest guidance and conservative approach, especially those new to aesthetic treatments.
In addition to aesthetic results, Molly emphasizes education and prevention. She believes skin health is an ongoing process and works closely with clients to support their goals through consistent care, professional treatments, and realistic expectations. Her interest in holistic longevity informs how she approaches aging—focusing not just on how skin looks today, but how it will age over time.
Patients from Pembroke and surrounding South Shore communities value Molly’s approachable, reassuring presence. She strives to create a comfortable environment where clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment decisions. From initial consultation through follow-up care, she prioritizes clear communication and a thoughtful, unrushed experience.
Committed to continued learning, Molly regularly pursues advanced training and education in aesthetic medicine to stay current with best practices and evolving techniques. Her goal is to provide high-quality, medically grounded aesthetic care that aligns with the standards and philosophy of Skin Design Aesthetics.
Molly Carleen is proud to be part of the Skin Design Aesthetics team and looks forward to helping clients across the South Shore feel confident, refreshed, and supported in their skin health journey.
